The Davao Football Association, Inc., will hold the Cherifer Football Festival on 09 – 10 July 2011 at the Tionko Football Grounds, Bolton Riverside, Quimpo Blvd., Davao City. The categories are:

There is no registration fee. FIFA grassroots rules which will be explained before the start of the games shall be applied. Teams are required to bring a photocopy of the players’ birth certificates. Each team shall be composed of 10 players. Opening program will be at 8:00 AM and the games will follow immediately.
Deadline of confirmation is on 7 July, 5:00 PM, at the DFA Clubhouse, Tionko Football Grounds.
This festival & tournament is part of DFA's support for the the implementation of the concepts of FIFA's grassroots program which will be the first of its kind in the country. This actvity will not only include competition, but also encouraging all participants to play as much as football games as possible and experiencing the fun in playing the game guided by coaches trained in the FIFA Grasroots Pro-active course.
Kids 12 years old and below are all invited in the games on 09 July 2011 at Tionko Football Grounds!
